Bill Minnery and Brad Bridges -- Scoobie & Shaggy, have been rocking in bands and countless shows since 2006. They formed the ever-remembered ROUGH JUSTICE, toured together with UNIVERNIA and now are a formidable and oddly-rare duo of drummer and guitarist going by the simple yet catchy name BILL and BRAD. They have an arsenal of original progressive rock tunes with major influences coming from Van Halen, Metallica, Dream Theatre and Jimi Hendrix. Apart from their original face-peeling tunes you will hear covers from Van Halen, Metallica, Led Zepplin, the Beatles, White Stripes, Elvis, AC/DC, Metallica, Jimi Hendrix and many more. They have plenty of material for a full night of serious rock in any setting.
Their rocking credentials include being the opening act for the 2019 WTFest Rock Festival, being part of the 2019 Mayor's Levee at the Brantford Armouries and headlining both the 2018 'FIND YOUR SPIRIT FEST’ and the 2018 'Downtown Music Fest' at Harmony Square in Brantford. Having played together for almost 15 years, there’s a long history of shows. Highlights include: the Sanderson Centre, the Corktown Pub, the Best Western Hotel, Waterford PumpkinFest, Willow Lake, the Opera House, Delhi Harvest Fest, Jeffery’s Lounge, Manny’s Place, Branch 90 Legion, Tansley's, Upper Thames Brewery, the Norfolk County Fair, the Polish Hall, Frankies Hometown Tavern, the St. George Legion, the Honest Lawyer, Two Doors Down, Brando’s, the Dairy Capital Cheese Festival, the Smiling Buddha in China Town, the Norwich Museum and they continue to have a heated schedule at a variety of festivals, fairs and local establishments across Ontario.
One of their crowing glories was receiving the incredible gift of having their own one hour rock show aboard the Valor Carnival Cruise Ship in 2011 when Bill was just 19 and Brad was 21.
They have a myriad of rocking shows under their creative belts including a host of festivals and events throughout the Lakes and Southern Ontario. They've also performed in a Jimi Hendrix tribute show. They are currently joining forces with Juno Award winner – Mike Trebilcok from the legendary Killjoys. Bill & Brad are also in another very successful Pop-Rock band called SIVLE --- who are experiencing a lot of buzz on the Indie Radio Stations.
With such a long history for two young musicians, they are tighter than ever and ready to lay down some serious rock.
